Parts Checklist

Before you head out to the field, ensure that you have all of the components for the system, the tablet, gcs and battery are charged, and you've set up your mission.

Batteries

Prior to heading out to your flying site, it is always a good idea to ensure all of the batteries are charged including:

  • Flight pack battery (25.2V fully charged and balanced)
  • SwiftStation (8.4V fully charged and balanced)
  • Tablet (charged to 100%)
  • Check your RC Transmitter to see if it is fully charged (7.4V) replace if necessary.

S2 Case

S2 Case

The S2 case contains the aircraft and all other equipment required to successfully fly a mission. Prior to heading to the flying site ensure your case contains all of the following:

Wing Joiner Tube
Tail (2)
Nosecone
Fuselage
Tripod
Wings (2)
Futaba handset
Futaba handset charger
Flight Battery (Batteries)

Tool Kit and Charging Cables (Under GCS)

The waterproof case under the GCS has all of the wrenches necessary for performing minor maintenance on the S2. This includes the necessary wrenches for changing the motor, switching servos, changing out the tail skid and access to the rest of the aircraft. All of these are not recommended except for switching the tail skid without guidance from BST, and should not be generally be performed by the customer.

Charger and Cables (Under Charger)

The space under the charger has all cables necessary for charging the battery from a 110V AC wall outlet.

Pneumatic Launcher

Ensure that the launcher battery is fully charged. The battery can be charged by plugging the AC outlet cable in the case into any AC outlet.
